Payment Method

We accept payment by Paypal, Bank Wire Transfer, Western Union.

We received in full payment, any bank charges or other transfers fees should be paid by customers.

We don’t charge any sales tax, handling fees, or any other hidden fees. All you have to pay is the item price + shipping cost.

Shipping Information

We ship from our warehouse in Bali. Your order will ship after the payment done. We usually using express courier services as UPS and EMS from Indonesian Post Office.

Estimated time delivery: 5-7 business days. EMS tracking information usually not as detail as FedEx, only provides information when package is going outward from country’s departure and arrive inward at country’s destination.
For US resident, EMS tracking number can be traced online at www.usps.com.
For Canada resident, EMS tracking number can be traced online at www.canadapost.ca/cpo/mc/default.jsf

•UPS
Estimated time delivery: 3-5 business days, exclude checking by customs.
UPS tracking information usually provided in details, include transit time and location.
UPS tracking number can be traced online globally at www.ups.com
UPS can’t ship to PO BOX and similar address.

Shipping Policy

We can’t ship to PO BOX and similar address.
If you choose payment method by Paypal, we can only ship to your Paypal confirmed address.

We don’t responsible for any customs duty tax and similar fees if applicable by your country’s regulation.
Please check your country’s import regulation prior to purchase. However, most of our buyers never been imposed of any customs duty tax.

Refund & Cancelation

• After deposit is made, no refund or cancellation is possible.
• We will inform to the customer regarding the balance payment when all items are ready to ship.
• If there is no balance payment made after 30 days starting from our notification, all order are will be automatically cancelled without any refunds possible
